Agreement

By accessing Insurance Exam Ready or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use and any purchase.

Independent study service

Insurance Exam Ready is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any insurance regulator, licensing authority or examination provider. Our materials are not legal, financial or professional advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One account may not be shared between multiple learners.

Courses and purchases

Prices and the content included in a purchase are shown at checkout. A one-time purchase provides access without a recurring subscription while the relevant course is offered and your account remains in good standing. It does not transfer ownership of the course or guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, sales are final. If a technical fault prevents access to purchased content, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use purchased and free materials for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, distribute or create competing materials from the service, circumvent access controls, automate excessive requests, interfere with security, or use the service unlawfully.

Content and exam outcomes

We work to align content with current official outlines and sources, but examination rules, laws and provider materials can change. You should confirm important requirements with the relevant regulator or examination provider. We do not guarantee that all content is error free, that every possible topic is covered, or that use of the service will result in a passing score, license or employment outcome.

Intellectual property

The service, branding, software, questions, explanations, lessons and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Insurance Exam Ready and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Official source materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and account action

We may update, replace or withdraw features and content to maintain accuracy, security or the service. We may suspend or terminate access where an account breaches these terms, creates a security risk, or is used fraudulently. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insurance Exam Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income, lost opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on study content. Our total liability arising from a paid course will not exceed the amount you paid for that course during the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes and contact
